Industry Clout Architect

The Industry Cloud Architect sits at the centre of Intapp's Industry Solutions group — a team built on the conviction that better-defined solutions make products easier to sell, implement, and use. Reporting to a Director of Industry Solutions, you'll translate deep Compliance expertise into scalable, best-practice configurations that help clients realise faster time to value from Intapp's offerings. This is a role for someone who understands both the technical landscape and the real-world needs of professional and financial services firms.
Day to day, you'll lead discovery with internal stakeholders and clients to surface the problems that matter most, then turn those insights into solution blueprints deployed across new and existing accounts. You'll own and evolve quarterly roadmaps for your blueprint portfolio, keep product management informed with field intelligence, and provide hands-on support to sales, pre-sales, services, and client success teams. Hands-on configuration experience with Intapp Compliance applications and a background in enterprise software services, pre-sales, or client success are essential for this role.
