A high‑impact role supporting strategic investment decisions across a global portfolio

Key Responsibilities
As Resource & Capacity Manager within the Investments team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective allocation and utilisation of critical resources required to deliver growth initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
Maintaining and continuously improving capacity and resource data models supporting investment decision‑making
Developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and outputs used across growth meetings, pipelines, and individual investment projects
Designing, architecting, and maintaining scalable digital solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI in line with best practices
Ensuring data accuracy, usability, and scalability across models, interfaces, and reporting tools
Producing timely and reliable recurring capacity and utilisation reports aligned with the growth governance cadence
Coordinating with project leads to ensure appropriate resource allocation across concurrent initiatives
Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams including Commercial, Investments Analytics, Design & Engineering, and Project Execution
Exercising independent judgement in defining methods, evaluation criteria, and solution approaches
Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and digital enablement
Creating and maintaining documentation to support the sustainability of developed solutions
Staying up to date with Microsoft Power Platform developments and applying relevant innovations

In addition, you bring:
Extensive hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Strong expertise in data modelling, DAX, and scalable dashboard development
Proven project management experience in complex, cross‑functional environments (PMP certification is an advantage)
Experience developing custom controls, canvas apps, and solutions using Dataverse and/or SharePoint Lists
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate complex datasets into actionable insights
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic, and evolving environments
General understanding of procurement‑related technologies and processes
