- Work in a global People and Talent ecosystem supporting multiple regions and functions
- Gain hands-on exposure to Workday, recruitment platforms, and HR service delivery models
- Contribute to reporting, data integrity, and automation initiatives that support better People decisions
- Develop broad HR operations and talent acquisition expertise in a transformation-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:- Provide end-to-end logistical and administrative support across the recruitment process, ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners and Attraction Specialists with recruitment coordination activities across functions and geographies
- Manage interview scheduling and assessment logistics, coordinating calendars between candidates, hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders
- Initiate pre-boarding and due diligence activities in line with defined processes and timelines
- Create, maintain, and update hiring documentation and employee data in systems such as Workday and ServiceNow HR
- Manage and maintain recruitment platforms, ensuring data quality, process compliance, and timely updates
- Support employee lifecycle case management (hire-to-retire), providing policy and process guidance to employees and managers while ensuring SLA adherence
What We Are Looking For:Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, People Advisory, Talent Acquisition Operations, or Recruitment Coordination
- Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
- Experience supporting recruitment administration, job requisitions, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and pre-boarding activities
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience working with reporting dashboards
- Hands-on experience with Workday, recruitment platforms, or similar HR systems, with a strong focus on data accuracy and validation
