The position will be directly reporting to Communications Director.
The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering the communications strategy for Turkey, ensuring the brand story is told in a consistent, impactful and results‑driven way across all channels. The role reports to the Communications Director, Central and works closely with both internal and external stakeholders in a matrix organization.
He or she must be fluent in Turkish and English.
About the role:
- Develop and lead an integrated PR, media, influencer and content strategy for Turkey
- Build, manage and strengthen relationships with key media, influencers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to enhance brand reputation
- Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging and content
- Manage PR and creative agencies, including project delivery, budgets and performance
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of product launches, media events and special projects
- Oversee online reputation and social media conversations, coordinating crisis communications when required
- Track performance, analyze results and provide regular insights and reports to internal stakeholders
- Act as a strong business partner to Marketing, Digital, E‑Commerce and Retail teams
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR or brand communications
- Proven experience in managing media and influencer relationships
- Strong agency management and project leadership background
- Excellent Turkish and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strategic, commercially minded and impact‑driven
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- High level of communication, presentation and representation skills
- Calm, solution‑oriented and decisive in crisis situations
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast‑paced, dynamic environments
- Collaborative team player and role model
