Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve truck sales targets within the private sector.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients and fleet owners.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing and delivery follow-up.
Conduct market analysis to monitor competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales follow-up.
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and customer visits to promote Scania products and services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10
years of experience in truck sales, automotive sales, or heavy commercial vehicles.
Previous experience in the private sector and fleet sales is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of the heavy truck market and customer network.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
