Travel is variable based on business need and does not follow a fixed cadence.

Ensure consistent and repeatable execution across all store lifecycle activities. Provide operationally focused updates and materials that clearly outline readiness status, risks, trade-offs, and resource or investment implications to support leadership decision making.
Manage Store Operations enhancement requests within approved budgets, in partnership with Field Leadership and Finance, including fixtures, backroom enhancements, and operational support investments. Evaluate return on investment while balancing capital discipline with execution quality.
