Job description
Your Day to Day:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms daily according to IHG Way of Clean standards.
- Make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust furniture, and replenish guest supplies.
- Sanitize high-touch areas including door handles, light switches, and remote controls.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, elevators, and public restrooms.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests at all times.
- Support teamwork and attend daily briefings and training sessions.
