Waiter / Waitress​

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Maintain good knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and allergens.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding quickly to requests and concerns.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Follow food safety procedures and IHG service standards at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend training sessions and contribute positively to the team and guest experience.
