Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Maintain good knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and allergens.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding quickly to requests and concerns.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Follow food safety procedures and IHG service standards at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend training sessions and contribute positively to the team and guest experience.
