The Brand Marketing team drives impactful campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen TikTok Shop brand presence, user engagement, and business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams across content, media, CRM, creative, and commercial functions, the team plays a key role in shaping how users experience and connect with the platform.
We are looking for a highly driven and creative marketing professional who is passionate about brand campaigns, platform growth, and consumer marketing in a fast-paced digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Brand Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support the development and execution of annual brand marketing initiatives and integrated campaign strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels including digital, social media, CRM, content, and platform traffic initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative and impactful campaign concepts that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Platform Traffic & Growth Marketing
- Support campaign traffic growth initiatives through media, CRM, content, product touchpoints, and other platform marketing channels.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing traffic channels and explore new growth opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with relevant teams to execute user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives during major campaigns and key business moments.
Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Track and monitor campaign performance against defined KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion, and business impact.
- Analyze campaign results and generate actionable insights and recommendations for future optimization.
- Support post-campaign reviews and contribute ideas to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and execution quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Consistency
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Content, Media, CRM, Commercial, and Product teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across campaign messaging, creative assets, and user communication touchpoints.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, social trends, and emerging campaign strategies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
