As a Senior Total Rewards Partner, you will report to TR Director and act as the point of contact for the TR function at QVC Group GBS Poland. You will lead, proactively drive, and deliver on assigned compensation processes (e.g., compensation planning, job evaluation, Gender Pay Gap, etc.) as well as benefits processes, including all necessary aspects of the process.
Where You’ll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be on-site at our Kraków Office between 3-5 times per month. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.
What You’ll Do
Work as part of the international TR team, being responsible for the administration, design, and implementation of Total Rewards (TR) programs for GBS Poland, as well as the design and coordination of compensation processes in Poland. Additionally, provide Total Rewards support for global functions (including HR, Legal, Finance, etc.).
Provide day-to-day TR support to internal clients, including conducting job evaluations, job pricing and recommendations, and sharing insights impacting Total Rewards in relation to organizational structural changes.
Lead global TR projects within QVC International (QI) and ensure their implementation in the Polish market.
Develop new concepts and create business cases for Senior Management to align with market practices.
Design and create materials to sustain and embed QI TR programs, enabling TR partners to share them within markets effectively.
Design and maintain a QI TR dashboard, including analyses and reports on the uptake and usage of relevant TR programs and policies.
Create formats and communication for tracking spend versus budget related to non-merit processes within QI.
Work closely with the Finance department and act as a key point of reference for all TR-related topics.
Ensure a strong focus on well-being is embedded in the benefits offered in the market.
Develop and implement market-specific benefits as needed.
Proactively manage and maintain relationships with relevant vendors.
Recommend annual merit increase plans and salary structure movements.
Lead the annual compensation process in the market, including the administration of salary increases, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role you should be the subject matter expert for all Total Rewards topics.
Ideally, we would like you to have the following skills and experience:
Proven Total Rewards experience, preferably in retail or media industries.
Experience working in a complex matrix environment, acting as a standalone expert in the Polish market, and partnering with all levels of stakeholders, including the executive level.
Experience in supporting the review and design of total reward programs, including external analysis, creating business cases, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson and Mercer job evaluation methodology would be beneficial.
Experience leading key compensation processes, including:
Annual compensation review cycle
Annual salary survey submission
Gender Pay Gap reporting.
Bonus and LTI administration
Experience leading key benefits processes, including benefits implementation, negotiating annual reviews, and closedowns (including internal stakeholder management)
Good understanding of Poland's regulatory and compliance-related topics (e.g., PL tax legislation, GDPR, etc.)
Experience in budget management and cost calculation.
Experience working with an HRIS, knowledge of Workday and PayFactors would be an asset.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical content into accessible communication for the team member.
Excellent PC skills are required along with advanced working knowledge of Excel (incl. pivot tables, databases, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent communication, exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to deal with stakeholders up to C-level executives.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong math and analytical skills and be an effective problem-solver.
