Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager and based at our Hemmant site, you will independently manage reinforcement scheduling programs across complex construction projects while coordinating closely with customers, production, despatch and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Preparing reinforcement schedules and bar lists from structural and architectural drawings
- Managing scheduling programs across multiple commercial, civil and infrastructure projects
- Coordinating with Production, Planning and Despatch teams to meet customer delivery requirements
- Reviewing drawings and resolving discrepancies, design issues and project changes
- Building strong relationships with customers, engineers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting and mentoring schedulers and trainee schedulers within the team
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across scheduling, project delivery and customer service

What you will bring:
- Previous reinforcement scheduling experience within construction, steel reinforcement or a related industry
- Strong ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings across complex projects
- Experience managing multiple project schedules, priorities and delivery programs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across customers and internal teams
- Experience using scheduling/detailing software, with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, CAD exposure and an Engineering background highly regarded, alongside strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
