Your new responsibilities
Position Summary：
- PE Responsibility for China-for-China manufacturing Flow
- End to End responsibility for products after release to mass production
- Interface to all other factory product engineers to drive/solve product related improvements/issues
- Product owner in mass-production
Key Responsibility:
- Monitor product performance in production by frequent production KPI reviews and reporting
- Manage product specific continuous Improvements by managing end to end product cost improvements with respect to yield and test time
- Support new product development e.g. new product introduction by cooperation with the development teams (including
- Development Team in China) right from the beginning of projects. Participating in FMEAs and project review meetings to guarantee readiness for mass-production
- Manage safe launch & support ramp-up by setting up a proper safe-launch plan. Evaluation of engineering, corner, safe launch and qualification lots in ramp up phase.
- Support/Manage deviations by managing end to end product quality improvements (RMA avoidance) and excursion handling via analysis & disposition of maverick and non-conformal material.
Who we are looking for
- At least Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, with product ownership experience.
- Cross-functional team experience.
- Knowledge of product development process; test and/or fab experience in the field of semiconductors beneficial for role.
- Must-have: Statistical data analysis; analog & digital IC failure analysis.
- Nice-to-have: Semiconductor fab process, ATE/test process, optical package/assembly.
- Project management - a plus.
- Team player, proactive, holistic problem-solving.
- Fluent in Chinese and English (written & spoken).
- Willing to travel up to 15%.
