Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining Qualco’s operational risk, business continuity and incident/crisis management policy frameworks, supervising their implementation, and providing methodological support to business areas on related matters.
We produce a holistic risk profile for the companies of Qualco Group, coordinate risk assessment updates and associated risk acceptance procedures, conduct business impact and threat analyses and oversee business continuity testing activities.
In your role, you will work closely with Qualco counterparts from various business areas and hierarchical levels, including risk coordinators, business continuity leaders.
The position offers you excellent opportunities to gain hands-on experience of the operations of the second line of defence, in terms of handling non-financial risks and fostering organisational resilience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS);
- Participate in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, and dependency mapping across critical services;
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of crisis management, incident response, and recovery frameworks;
- Support the planning and execution of business continuity and crisis simulation exercises (tabletop, scenario-based);
- Support scenario analysis and stress testing to assess potential operational disruption impacts;
- Maintain and improve data repositories, dashboards, and reporting frameworks (Excel, BI tools, or similar);
- Support alignment with relevant frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 22301, DORA, NIS2, operational risk standards);
- Assist in internal audits, external assessments, and regulatory reviews related to operational resilience;
- Support third-party resilience reviews, including supplier continuity capabilities and contractual requirements.
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration / Management;
- Finance / Economics;
- Statistics / Data Analytics;
- Risk Management.
Experience (0–3 years)
- Exposure to at least one of the following:
- Business Continuity / Operational Risk / Operational Resilience;
- Business process mapping or improvement;
- Digital transformation or workflow automation projects;
- Crisis management, incident management, or operational risk frameworks;
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, fintech, telecom, energy, etc.) is an advantage but not mandatory.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Familiarity with BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage;
- Understanding of process mapping techniques (BPMN, flowcharts, or similar);
- Basic knowledge of risk and resilience frameworks (ISO 22301, DORA, NIST, operational risk principles);
- Awareness of IT environments and digital infrastructure concepts (cloud, systems dependencies) is desirable.
