We are on the lookout for a Senior Controller to join the Central Controlling team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
You serve as the SME for intercompany (IC) transactions, managing ~€200M recharge volume, ensuring accurate reconciliation and compliance
You collaborate cross-functionally with tax, accounting, and finance teams, aligning IC practices and resolving discrepancies
You ensure smooth closings by maintaining completeness, investigating mismatches, and adhering to transfer pricing guidelines
You drive IC process improvements, standardization, controls, and documentation for scalability and efficiency
You support planning and performance by guiding budgeting, training stakeholders, analyzing cost centers, and delivering clear financial storytelling
You build reports, dashboards, and tools, support system rollouts, and handle ad-hoc analyses to enable better decision-making
You have 6+ years of experience in finance or audit, with a degree in finance, accounting, controlling, or a related field
You have strong experience in P&L and balance sheet analysis, as well as intercompany accounting and controlling processes
You have hands-on experience with consolidation tools or FP&A solutions, along with advanced Excel skills
You have a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
You have excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally while managing stakeholders effectively
You are self-motivated, a great team player, and fluent in English, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
