Based in the Hong Kong corporate office, this newly created role supports a portfolio spanning free-standing restaurants and bars, private clubs as well as Peninsula Hotels, with the intention to drive performance, oversee concept execution, and deliver commercial results across the free-standing business.
The role also acts as the principal liaison for third-party partnerships within Peninsula Hotels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and commercial priorities, and the consistent delivery of on-brand guest experiences.

Key Accountabilities
- Hold operational and P&L accountability of free-standing Restaurants, ensuring sustained business performance, adherence to Group standards, and long-term financial sustainability, while maintaining alignment with Peninsula Hotels where relevant.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all third-party partnerships within Peninsula Hotels, support the successful integration of selected concepts and ensure alignment with contractual obligations, brand standards, and governance frameworks, while delivering a seamless guest experience consistent with Peninsula positioning.
- Supports the development of new F&B business opportunities across Private Clubs, Free Standing Restaurants, and Hotels, through due diligence, and concept development.
- Execute and integrate selected F&B concepts into Peninsula Hotels through close collaboration with the Vice President F&B, Group Brand, and Operations leadership teams from pre-opening through stabilisation.
- Design, implement, and uphold robust governance and control frameworks across all operating entities, ensuring compliance with Group policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
- Drive commercial excellence, while ensuring each concept delivers a differentiated and high-quality guest experience. Build and sustain a high-performance culture across all operations through strong leadership, talent development, succession planning, and disciplined performance management, reporting, and administrative oversight.
General requirements
- Experienced in managing portfolio-level F&B performance with strong skills in financial analysis, operations, and KPI governance.
- 10+ years’ experience in food and beverage with extensive understanding of luxury hospitality, private clubs, and free-standing restaurants; experience in Group, regional, or corporate roles.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, change‑oriented mindset, able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial drive.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel.
