We are seeking a polished and detail‑oriented Contract Administrative Professional (3–4 months) to support our Corporate Sales Team during a peak business period. This role offers valuable hands‑on exposure within a luxury brand environment and is well suited for individuals who are highly organised, service‑oriented, and confident in working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries (both calls and emails) professionally
- Provide administrative support including quotations, presentations, order forms, contracts, invoices, payment follow‑ups, and system entries
- Manage voucher handling, records, and appointment bookings
- Support off‑site redemption centre operations (10–17 September, incl.)
- Coordinate deliveries and ad‑hoc requests with internal teams
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong administrative and problem‑solving skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
