About The Role
NIQ is a global, leading data and insight consultancy with exciting and ambitious expansion plans for growth. You will be able to embrace, articulate, and work with Company objectives, vision, values, purpose and methods ensuring a high standard of Employee Experience is maintained and implemented.
You will provide confidential support to the HR function, management teams and employees alike. Providing first line HR support on queries and questions from employees enabling swift resolution and ensuring best in class employee experience for all.
Working across many areas of administration, data management, policy provision and key process management, an essential aspect of the role is to ensure employee data is accurately maintained, current reflecting true state.
Working collaboratively across the HR function with both a global and regional mindset coordinating tasks and prioritising multiple projects from onboarding new employees, collating payroll amendments to managing risk, advising employees on policy & procedure and providing timely answers to queries. You will also know where to sign post employees if the task at hand falls outside of Employee Experience scope.
Deliver a high degree of professionalism and discretion and appreciates how to represent both the company policies and the needs of the employees. You will be a great ambassador for our brand, quick to build internal and external relationships whilst providing great employee experience.
