The Enterprise Risk Incident Manager is responsible for overseeing operational risk management activities across the organization. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, investigating, and monitoring operational and technology risk incidents while ensuring that controls, action plans, and risk management practices are effectively implemented. This role also works closely with business units and senior management to strengthen the company’s overall risk and control environment.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework, policies, and guidelines
Assist in reviewing and updating Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) policies and processes
Lead and oversee operational risk assessment activities across the organization
Manage ORM tools such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Project Risk Assessment (PRA), Incident Management, and Issue & Action Management
Review and validate operational and technology risk incidents reported by different business units
Conduct root cause analysis and identify areas for process and control improvements
Participate in incident investigations, briefing sessions, and war rooms when needed
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely remediation and implementation of action plans
Work with senior management in conducting operational business risk reviews
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and board committees
Escalate key risks and non-compliance issues when necessary
Provide regular updates and reports to the Risk Division Head
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related courses
At least 2 years of relevant experience in risk, incident management, controls, data, or operational risk within the financial services or fintech industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of process management, internal controls, and risk management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Able to work independently and perform well under pressure
High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership
Willingness to learn and collaborate across teams
