The Reward and Benefits Consultant role sits at the intersection of both AAM and ET, supporting a combined employee population across these functions. It offers a unique opportunity to work across both the investment and technology areas of the business, contributing to the design and delivery of reward and benefits solutions that enhance employee experience and support business performance.
Key Responsibilities for the role include:
Leading and supporting the delivery, management and administration of employee benefits programmes, including benefit selection windows and ongoing anytime benefits.
Ensuring all activities (research, analysis, communications and system updates) are delivered in line with project timelines.
Liaising with external providers (e.g. benefits and payroll) to ensure smooth delivery of programmes.
Providing subject matter expertise across reward and benefits, supporting areas such as job evaluation, salary benchmarking, pay equity and programme design.
Producing and analysing reward data, preparing reports, insights and presentations for stakeholders.
Acting as a key point of contact for employee and HR queries relating to reward and benefits.
Collaboration on the annual compensation and benefits planning cycle.
Partnering with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide insight, analysis and solutions on reward related topics.
Producing and tailoring metrics, analytics and reporting using tools such as Workday, Excel and Power BI.
Supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of HR systems (Workday), ensuring reward structures and data remain accurate and up to date.
Ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements and company policies when handling sensitive employee data.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience in a specialist reward and benefits role, with a strong understanding of how reward supports business performance and employee engagement.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide clear, actionable insights.
Advanced capability in Excel and experience using tools such as Power BI or similar to analyse and present data effectively.
Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and employee benefits platforms.
Proven ability to manage projects and cyclical workloads, delivering to deadlines in a structured and organised way.
Strong communication and report writing skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
Experience working with third-party providers, including benefits and/or payroll suppliers.
High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all outputs.
A customer-focused mindset with experience delivering employee centric services.
Knowledge or experience of job evaluation methodologies (e.g. WTW, Aon Radford) is advantageous.
