As a Reward Partner – Group Functions, you’ll play a key role in making this happen behind the scenes. You’ll help shape how we reward, recognise and support our people across Group Functions. Your work will help us attract and retain talented people, so we can continue delivering great care to our customers.
This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit People team supporting around 500 colleagues across group functions. You’ll work at the heart of the business, partnering with senior stakeholders and helping to design fair, competitive and meaningful reward approaches. From driving the annual pay and bonus cycle to improving how we use data and systems, you’ll have real influence and visibility.
Key responsibilities
As a Reward Partner – Group Functions, you’ll:
Lead the annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, performance outcomes and bonus processes.
Track and manage bonus data, making sure everything is accurate and clearly understood.
Provide clear advice and insights on pay, benefits and reward policies to People teams and business leaders.
Review and improve reward processes so they’re simple, effective and fair.
Carry out salary benchmarking and market analysis to help keep our reward approach competitive.
Analyse data and trends, turning insights into practical recommendations.
Support reward-related projects and changes, including improvements to frameworks and systems.
Maintain high-quality data in Workday and support colleagues with day-to-day queries.
Help communicate reward changes in a way that’s clear and easy to understand.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, detail-focused and enjoys working with both data and people.
You’ll bring:
Experience working in reward, compensation or a related area.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence using Excel.
A thoughtful approach to problem solving and making decisions.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
Good knowledge of reward processes such as salary reviews, bonuses and benchmarking.
Clear and confident communication skills – able to explain complex topics in simple terms.
A proactive mindset and a drive to improve how things work.
Experience with job evaluation methods (for example, Hay or Towers Watson) is helpful.
Experience using Workday or similar systems is an advantage.
You’ll also be comfortable working independently, planning your own work and managing priorities across the year.
