Responsibilities:

Set-up and coordination of forming and finishing machines (elastomer)

Finishing and quality inspection of the manufactured parts

Ensuring the supply of materials and compliance with quantity and quality specifications

Operation and monitoring of equipment, including tempering furnaces

Analysis and rectification of malfunctions in the ongoing production process

Participation in improvement measures and support of production employees

Qualifications:

Sound knowledge of manufacturing/production as well as the handling of relevant materials

Good knowledge of the structure and operation of forming and finishing machines

Experience with tool technologies and machine controls

Safe handling of measuring equipment and its professional use

Knowledge of quality assurance and in-process documentation

Willingness to work in 3-shift operation

German language skills at least at level B1
