Responsibilities:

• Develop robust and cost-efficient processes for all new projects, ensuring achievement of cost, quality and capability targets in line with VC standards.

• Ensure delivery of all ProcE VC ProMaP deliverables, including: Process and technical concept (Process Map), Initial FMEA and required updates, Prototype process and preparation, Tool/equipment specification and sourcing preparation, Tool/equipment approval at supplier, Series process freeze, TR/IRR, Process confirmation.

• Contribute to all ProMaP activities in line with the current workflow

• Drive innovation, automation and standardization in the region in alignment with global ProcE BU CV, BU PDM targets and other BUs.

• Participate in Capex planning and manage the investment budget.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in production

• Experience in project management and/or quality management

• Knowledge of VC ProMaP, TeamCenter, MS Project

• Knowledge of materials

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Tool design and manufacturing knowledge

• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP and PFMEA processes

• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office

• Knowledge of Quality Standards such as IATF 16949 (formerly TS16949), ISO 14001, ISO 18001

• Fluent communication in Polish and English
