We're looking for a talented individual to join our Finance Team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
This role sits within an OTC organisation of 13 team members across Sweden, the Netherlands, and the UK, and is part of a wider regional Operational Finance team of 40 colleagues. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and contribute to an innovative team, this opportunity is for you.
Key Objectives
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for executing and maintaining all financial and administrative processes related to lease agreements. The role ensures accurate setup, modification, and termination of rental objects and lease contracts in the system, maintaining high data quality and compliance with lease agreements and internal procedures.
What you will be doing…
Register lease agreements and addenda accurately, including creation and updates of rental objects
Execute contract changes and process lease terminations in a timely manner
Perform and apply indexation calculations in a manner.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of all lease‑related charges, including:
Manual invoicing and re‑invoicing
Other contract‑related billings
SBR settlements
Service charges
Recurring rent
Complete monthly vacancy run activities
Handle SBR and service charge settlements and invoicing
Provide customer service support via phone and email
What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?
MBO 4 degree in a financial/administrative field
3-5 years of work experience within a similar field in Finance
High-level IT skills (SAP)
Good excel skills
Good communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English
Desired background
Knowledge of the real estate sector
