The MOPAR Repair Data Analytics Manager is responsible for the creation, management, and implementation of data tools to support sales analytics of Repair/Reman/Reuse vehicle parts to the North America aftermarket. This position will manage the beginning to end and on-going operations of this process. The role requires understanding and efficient management of business financials, supply chain, pricing, promotions/incentives, product release and bulletins as well as internal and external product catalogs. Daily collaboration with regional and global cross functional partners to ensure successful catalog implementation as well as revenue growth & adjusted operated incomes (AOI). Requires a sales-oriented individual that proactively drills down into the sales performance of products and provides guidance to improve sales and increase revenue. What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Product Line Managers, Engineering and Technical Service Operations (TSO) to identify, design, develop, and implement technical solutions in business intelligence reporting/analytics, business process management and process automation.
- Manage the inclusion of new Reman parts within the respective Mopar catalogs; Star Parts, SAE, ACES/PIES, etc.
- Validate vehicle usages for all Reman parts and ensure proper cataloguing for CJDR dealer network as well as independent repair facilities (IRFs).
- Define, track, and report key metrics (e.g., catalog accuracy/completeness, usage validation rates, part adoption, and customer impact) using Power BI and related analytics tools.
- Develop and maintain repeatable data pipelines and transformation logic (SQL/Python/Power Query) to support reporting, ad hoc analysis, and automation.
- Establish data quality checks and governance practices (definitions, documentation, and validation routines) to ensure trusted catalog and usage data across systems.
- Perform root-cause and trend analysis on catalog exceptions and field feedback; translate findings into prioritized corrective actions with Product Line Managers, Engineering, and TSO.
- Create executive-ready dashboards and narratives that communicate insights, risks, and progress against targets; continuously refine reporting based on stakeholder needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Technology, Engineering, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience and robust time management & process skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a design thinking approach, capable of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges

- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development with the ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies
- Experience building and implementing process improvement technology solutions using:
- Business intelligence reporting, analytics (Power BI /Qlik/Tableau, Streamlit, similar)
- Cloud data platforms and transformation tools (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, SQL, Python, or similar)
- MS Power Platform (Microsoft Suite, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Generative AI (Snowflake Cortex, AWS, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar)
- Team management, driving cooperation
