- Contribute to financial inputs for IT transformation initiatives, portfolio reviews, program ROI, and investment cases.
- Assist in the development of the IT Cost‑to‑Serve model.
3. Support for Services Business Partnering
- Maintain and analyse Services KPIs: utilization, margin performance, delivery efficiency, project P&L, pipeline, and backlog.
- Provide data‑driven insights that link operational performance to financial outcomes.
- Assist with pricing analysis, SOW financial reviews, and commercial model updates.
- Help build transparency into services performance and areas requiring corrective action.
4. Financial Planning & Governance
- Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial cycles.
- Ensure strong financial controls, process discipline, and audit‑ready documentation.
- Maintain data integrity across systems, models, and reporting frameworks.
- Contribute to identifying risks, opportunities, and required corrective actions.
5. Process Improvement & Automation
- Improve reporting processes through automation, standardisation, and simplification.
- Create or refine templates, dashboards, and model structures to increase efficiency.
- Partner with the Associate Director to redesign legacy finance processes across IT and Services where apropriate.
6. Stakeholder Support & Collaboration
- Build effective working relationships with IT managers, project leads, Services delivery teams, and FP&A.
- Support Finance Leadership during leadership reviews, business meetings, and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Translate data findings into clear, concise insight that non‑financial stakeholders can understand.
