Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (from intake meetings to offer stage) for technical and non-technical roles and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide recruitment advice, market intelligence and strategic guidance.
- Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates using a variety of channels (direct search, job boards, referrals, networking).
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit and ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Building strong relationships with local engineering schools and universities.
- Leading campus hiring actions in Vietnam (school partnerships, tech communities, events, presentations, internships) and represent Murex
- Staying informed about the Vietnam finance, tech and talent market.
- Supporting recruitment and scaling as APAC hiring volume grows, support when needed the APAC team in their hirings across the region
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a business school or university and 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international and tech/fintech context
- You can work professionally in English, spoken and written. You will use English every day with international teams and candidates.
- You are native or fluent in Vietnamese, which is important to speak with candidates and understand the local market.
- Eloquent in advocacy and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence translate complex business needs into targeted sourcing strategies and effectively advise senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced growth environment, while collaborating effectively with a distributed Talent Acquisition team in a flat, international organization.
- Collaborative team player, recognized for organization, rigor, and reliability.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to challenge existing practices while proposing innovative ideas.
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
