Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring timeline and quality.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate assessments and provide structured feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Develop employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment data accuracy, documentation, and compliance.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and propose improvements.
• Optimize recruitment processes using data and technology.
• Support reporting, audits, and workforce planning.
• Handle special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Economics, Law, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/TA, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong experience in high-volume hiring (direct labor & contingent workforce).
• Proven sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment channel management skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, HRIS/ATS systems.
• Good understanding of labor law.
• Good English communication.
