Description
A Global Software company is seeking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end redesign and transformation of our internal cloud portal. This role focuses on turning a complex technical environment into an intuitive, scalable, and high-performing user experience for internal teams.
The ideal candidate will combine strong UX thinking, visual design expertise, and the ability to translate technical cloud environments into user-friendly experiences, working closely with Engineering and Architecture teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit & Discovery: Evaluate the current portal, identify UX pain points, navigation bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- User Research: Work closely with internal stakeholders (DevOps, Engineering, Architects) to understand workflows, user needs, and technical requirements.
- Information Architecture: Simplify and restructure complex cloud services and data into a clear, scalable, and intuitive experience.
- UI/UX Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes aligned with modern UX and accessibility standards.
- Design System: Build or refine a scalable design system tailored for data-heavy dashboards and cloud management interfaces.
- Developer Handoff: Provide detailed design documentation and assets to ensure accurate, pixel-perfect implementation.
Duration: 6-month temporary role
Work Model: Part-time, 2 days per week onsite, in Ra'anana office.

- 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Proven experience designing complex B2B platforms, SaaS products, enterprise systems, or technical dashboards.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and complex workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments – a strong advantage.
- High proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Experience working closely with development and technical teams.
