We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
CRM Business Partner to manage customer data, maintain and optimize CRM
workflows, and ensure effective communication and follow-up with clients. The
ideal candidate should be comfortable using CRM tools, have strong
organizational skills, and be able to provide excellent customer support
throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and update
customer records accurately within the CRM system.

Track and monitor
client interactions, follow-ups, and communication history.

Ensure timely follow-up
with leads and clients.

Support the customer
journey from onboarding through ongoing communication.

Handle customer
inquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance.

Maintain data quality
and ensure CRM records are complete and up to date.

Generate reports and
insights from CRM data to support business decisions.

Assist in setting up
and improving CRM workflows, automations, and processes.

Coordinate with
internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Monitor customer
satisfaction and escalate concerns when needed.

Support email
campaigns, reminders, and customer engagement initiatives through CRM tools.

Develop and optimize
CRM usage across the organization.

Propose and implement
new automations and workflow improvements.

Extract, analyze, and
interpret CRM data and reports to support decision-making.

Ensure the CRM system
effectively supports business goals and operational needs.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
(preferred).

3-5 years experience in
Customer Support, CRM Management, or Client Services.

Hands-on experience
with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Apollo, or similar
tools.

Strong communication
skills in both written and verbal English.

Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage
multiple tasks and follow up consistently.

Strong problem-solving
skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Good knowledge of
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Ability to analyze
customer data and prepare basic reports.
