We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, Delivery to join our APAC Enterprise Transformation Hub. This role is located in Singapore.
The Senior Vice President, Delivery is a strategic, outcomes-focused leader responsible for optimizing client experience, accelerating scalable delivery of AI-enabled solutions, and driving operational excellence across products and programs. This individual contributor role operates as a senior player-coach—setting the bar for urgency, innovation, governance, and measurable impact—while empowering teams and partnering with firm-wide stakeholders to execute a clear, data-driven roadmap. The SVP will champion simplification, scale, autonomy, and experimentation to deliver tangible value and profitability for BNY and our clients.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Client Experience and Issue Resolution
Own client outcomes with urgency; proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize client impact.
Encourage timely escalation of risks, issues, and concerns to ensure rapid course correction and transparency.
Continuously optimize the end-to-end client experience; reduce friction points across journeys.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Challenge the status quo to spark progress, champion innovation across products, processes, and operating models.
Empower teams to experiment with prototypes; enable safe-to-try environments that balance speed and control.
Promote autonomy and experimentation, rewarding learning velocity and applying insights at scale.
Scaled Delivery and Product Optimization
Deliver AI solutions at scale, drive industrialization of models and services across platforms and products.
Optimize products for scale and simplicity; advocate design choices that reduce complexity and improve adoption.
Build and maintain an executable, prioritized roadmap that sequences delivery to maximize client and business value.
Data-Driven Decisioning and Governance
Use data to drive decisions; define, track, and communicate KPIs, OKRs, and outcomes clearly and consistently.
Implement effective governance to drive change; ensure adherence to standards, controls, and risk frameworks without slowing innovation.
Write impactful proposals and documents that clearly articulate business cases, value realization, and delivery plans.
Leadership, Culture, and Stakeholder Engagement
Act as an inspirational player-coach; model ownership, curiosity, and collaboration while mentoring others.
Provide growth opportunities and upskilling pathways; develop talent through coaching, stretch assignments, and capability building.
Connect with firm-wide stakeholders; align cross-functional teams and platforms to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
Financial Stewardship and Profitability
Develop plans to optimize profitability; manage financial levers including cost, pricing, adoption, and efficiency.
Align investment decisions with measurable returns; ensure disciplined execution and benefit realization.
