Role: Head of Industrial Logistics Projects

This strategic leadership role is ideal for a seasoned logistics professional ready to drive transformation across Indonesia's industrial supply chains. You'll lead high-impact projects, optimize operations, and build commercial partnerships that deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Lead business development initiatives to expand our industrial logistics footprint
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Drive cost leadership through process optimization and financial discipline
• Build and mentor high-performing teams focused on innovation and collaboration
• Engage with clients, suppliers, and regulators to ensure compliance and satisfaction
• Negotiate and finalize strategic partnership agreements

What You Bring

• At least 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including 3+ years in leadership
• Bachelors' degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Strong commercial acumen and business development expertise
• Proven track record in operational excellence and cost management
• Deep understanding of industrial project logistics and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
