The Associate HR Analyst at ABIS, supporting SMP for YASREF, is responsible for leveraging data analytics and HR expertise to support the strategic HR initiatives of the organization. This role involves analyzing complex employee data, generating insights, and recommending actionable solutions to optimize workforce performance and enhance employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, solid understanding of compensation and benefits, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. While experience in HR is advantageous, candidates with transferable skills in analysis, budgeting, or process management from related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Analyze workforce metrics including turnover, absenteeism, recruitment costs, and performance trends.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to support HR strategy and workforce planning.
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Support benchmarking of compensation and salary programs against industry standards.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local labor laws.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance reporting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 0 - 2 years of Experience in Human Resource.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with HRIS or ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Knowledge of compensation & benefits, HR strategy, and workforce planning.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, PHR) is preferred but not mandatory.
