Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
- Document and validate functional specifications to guide system development.
- Support process mapping and business process reengineering initiatives.
- Participate in testing phases to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Coordinate communication between business units and IT teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide reports to management.
- Stay current with industry best practices and tools relevant to business system analysis.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer & Information Systems - Computer Engineering - Software Engineering.
- GPA Scale: 3.5/4 or 4.5/5
- Work Experience: 2 - 6 years or more.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
