Reed’s Procurement & Supply Chain division is a well‑established and growing specialism nationwide. Due to continued expansion, our Newcastle office is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of and develop a high‑potential Procurement desk across the Northeast market.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, high‑performing team with strong brand recognition and access to an extensive client and candidate network.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within Procurement & Supply Chain, you will manage a full 360° desk, specialising in the recruitment of procurement professionals across a range of sectors including public sector, manufacturing, retail, and professional services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing relationships with SME and corporate clients
Advising clients on market conditions, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies within procurement
Winning new business through proactive business development and referral generation
Sourcing and headhunting procurement professionals across all levels (Buyer to Head of Procurement)
Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process
Delivering a high‑quality, compliant service to both clients and candidates
