Job Description
Your new role…
The key responsibility for this role is the supporting of the end-to-end recruitment of the Reed Early Talent schemes, with the potential to assist with the running of the schemes as required. All main duties are performed to support of the Early Careers Manager, to whom the Co-ordinator reports directly.
The recruitment of new Early Talent co-members involves; candidate attraction, co-ordinating the assessment process and engaging with managers to place the new co-members. Additionally, you will facilitate on-going development of Early Talent co members through assisting and enabling graduate rotations.
A key part of the role is engaging with senior stakeholders in the business to promote the benefits of the schemes and encourage managers to take on Early Talent at all levels, as well as implementing new projects and ideas to improve and develop the scheme, supporting the strategic objectives of Reed.

We are looking for someone a graduate with a 2:1 or higher, who is self-motivated and can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
