Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and scale backend services and APIs utilizing Python & FastAPI.
- Guarantee that APIs are secure, efficient, and thoroughly documented.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT.
- Design and manage structured databases to ensure data integrity, optimal performance, and scalability.
- Work closely with frontend and product teams to achieve smooth integrations.
- Research and apply cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) as preferred.
- Engage in code reviews and promote best practices for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Utilize AI-driven development tools like Windsurf, Claude, and GPT to enhance productivity.
- Take initiative in solving problems, experiment boldly, and improve processes independently without relying solely on assigned tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong expertise in Python & FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and Python-based frameworks.
- Proficiency with Git and best practices in version control.
- Deep knowledge of structured databases, backend architecture, and data modeling.
- Extensive experience with secure API design and authentication/authorization methods.
- Ability to create clear, context-rich documentation for APIs and backend systems.
- Curious, self-driven, and proactive attitude — beyond merely completing assigned tasks.
- Passion for learning new technologies, experimenting, and refining workflows.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with ReactJS / NextJS.
- Familiarity with Linux and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience with testing frameworks, caching strategies, database optimization, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AI agentic frameworks such as CrewAI and LangChain.
