The main objective of this position is to be responsible for coordinating the stock movements between the State warehouse, National Warehouse, local clinics and agents, and customers.Liaise with the Direct Manager and report on current stock levels and daily shortages
Liaise with the National Warehouse team and the National Asset Administrator to be kept informed of potential stock shortages and delayed stock movements. Conversely, also keep these teams informed of stock requirements at the State warehouse
Organise stock movements between the warehouse, clinics and agents as required. Manage the end to end process of stock movements in and out of the warehouse, including updating the Company ERP accordingly
Follow up with the National Supply team in regard to rental equipment and back orders
Ensure accuracy of records in relation to delivery and return of stock to the warehouse
Implement asset control systems as required
Assist in the creation of delivery runs, also ensuring the correct stock is available to complete the runs
Perform QA of oxygen and CPAP equipment as required
Ensure the Company ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is kept up to date. Perform data entry duties, print service calls and run sheets and any other information relating to the preparation of runs
Complete stock take activities for the warehouse
Comply at all times with ALH Company policies and procedures, workplace health and safety requirements, MSDS instructions and other safety instructions provided by the Direct Manager. More generally, comply with all policies and regulations applicable to the role
Other duties as required by the Direct Manager
Previous experience in delivery, logistical, warehouse and/or related field
Technical skills and strong safety focus
Forklift license is ideal but not required; willing to obtain one (support will be provided)
Computer literacy in applications such as: spreadsheets, documents, GMail and other software applications appropriate to the role
Ability to manage competing demands and follow tasks to completion
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions, safety rules, operating instructions and procedures from different sources
Ability to solve practical problems
