We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning and delivery of initiatives that strengthen Lifeblood’s workplace and organisational partnerships. This role ensures projects are well scoped, aligned, communicated and delivered; helping improve partner experience, operational efficiency and sustainable growth. This role is ideal for a program or project manager who thrives in complexity and enjoys bringing clarity, structure and momentum to important work. You’ll lead initiatives across the Partnerships portfolio; ensuring work is prioritised, governed and delivered in a way that genuinely supports frontline teams and organisational outcomes.
You’ll also represent the Partnerships function in broader enterprise programs, making sure the realities of partnership delivery are understood and embedded into design and implementation.
Key responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end planning, governance and delivery of partnership programs and initiatives
Develop clear scopes, schedules, governance frameworks and delivery plans
Manage risks, dependencies, resources and timelines across multiple concurrent projects
Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards and reporting for leadership
Partner with Digital, Marketing, Operations and CX&G teams to align delivery
Represent Partnerships in cross‑enterprise initiatives, translating team needs into clear requirements
Facilitate workshops, decision forums and regular stakeholder updates
Support change readiness through communication, training and implementation planning
Monitor adoption, gather feedback and refine solutions post‑implementation

Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end projects or programs in complex environments
Strong capability managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders and dependencies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity
Confidence establishing governance, reporting and decision‑making rhythms
Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work autonomously while keeping teams aligned and informed
