This is a role for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and making work easier for others. You’ll take ownership of how creative work flows through the studio; from intake and prioritisation through to delivery and continuous improvement.
You’ll design and embed workflows, manage the creative backlog, optimise tools and introduce practical improvements, including selective use of AI and automation. Your focus is on clarity, transparency and consistency, helping the creative team spend less time navigating process and more time delivering impact.
Key responsibilities
Manage a single, visible backlog of creative work and lead prioritisation across the studio
Facilitate intake, clarify briefs and ensure work is ready to progress
Sequence work based on value, impact, risk and readiness
Design and embed workflows that improve efficiency and consistency
Own and optimise creative tooling platforms and day to day operations
Introduce and embed practical automation and AI enabled efficiencies
Maintain standards such as SLAs, service models, workflow documentation and release notes
Oversee digital asset management, including structure, metadata and governance
Strengthen self service solutions such as templates and reusable assets
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve how work is delivered
Communicate clearly with stakeholders on priorities, timelines and capacity
Sounds interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
Experience in creative, marketing or production operations
Strong skills in workflow design, prioritisation and backlog management
Experience creating frameworks within Agile Methodologies
Experience working with creative tools or platforms and willingness to learn new systems
Ability to identify and implement practical process improvements
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to explain decisions clearly
Experience driving adoption of new ways of working
High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
