Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Support Technician I–Senior to perform routine manufacturing support activities, including media and buffer preparation, in compliance with established GMP processes and standards. This role supports day‑to‑day manufacturing operations by ensuring materials, equipment, documentation, and work areas are prepared, maintained, and inspection‑ready.
The Manufacturing Support Technician plays a hands‑on role on the production floor, supporting execution, maintaining documentation accuracy, and partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply teams to enable efficient and compliant operations.
About the Manufacturing Support Team
You’ll join a Manufacturing Support team responsible for enabling production readiness through material coordination, equipment preparation, and floor support. The team works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution of operations in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. Reliability, organization, and teamwork are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine media and buffer preparation in support of manufacturing operations.
Follow and document processing steps in batch records and associated documentation.
Provide on‑floor manufacturing support, including logbook review and coordination.
Order and manage logbooks, disposables, and raw materials.
Plan and track supply needs and gowning inventory.
Ensure BMRAM systems are current and accurate.
Confirm equipment readiness for production, including labeling and calibration status.
Coordinate with Engineering on equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
Procure and manage non‑GMP support equipment.
Maintain and organize work areas; perform cleaning, assembly, sterilization, and disassembly of equipment.
Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate transaction tracking.
Identify and report deviations from established procedures.
Create and maintain routine reports.
Support assigned business areas with a wide range of operational tasks.
Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members.

Ability to analyze routine operational issues using factual information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to clearly explain technical information within the team.
Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
0–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or support operations.
Preferred:
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Formalities
Location: Onsite in Bothell, Washington
Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday 12pm to 10:30pm
Compensation: $20 – $30/hour
