This role prepares assertive hospitality professionals to lead daily operations, manage staff, and learn all aspects of running a profitable restaurant operation. The ideal candidate will undergo comprehensive training in P&L management, food safety, and team leadership to step into a full GM role, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment required (supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
