Eagles Landing Travel Plazas is seeking a General Manager for the Wendy’s restaurant in our Dodge City, Kansas location. This position comes with great growth potential as Eagles Landing is a Wendy’s franchisee with several locations in Utah, Texas, Kansas, and Iowa. We are dedicated to the success of our stores, their managers, and their teams.

General Manager Criteria:
Restaurant experience required. Management experience preferred.
Duties:
Oversee all restaurant operations
Usage of food ordering system
Meet labor and food cost goals
Manage operations to ensure food quality, brand standards, customer service, and cleanliness
Perform administrative duties including inventory and proper cash handling
Must participate in recruiting to help ensure your store is staffed according to management/team ratios
Developing and maintaining the employees’ schedule
Development of team, including Wendy’s training compliance
Manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Must be upbeat, energetic, have a great personality and a desire to serve
Must have strong interpersonal, verbal communication and team-building skills
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE
