Job Summary The Senior Recruiter is a strategic, relationship-driven role responsible for full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. This role plays a critical part in shaping the organization's talent strategy by partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and operational leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and scalable recruiting practices.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Full-Cycle Recruiting
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across a broad range of functions and organizational levels.
Partner closely with hiring managers to assess workforce needs, define position requirements, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on talent market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
Drive hiring processes that balance speed, quality, operational efficiency, and an exceptional candidate experience.
Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Candidate Experience and Employer Brand
Deliver a high-touch, candidate-centered experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding coordination.
Champion the organization’s culture, mission, and employer value proposition throughout all candidate interactions.
Partner with HR and Communications teams to strengthen recruiting messaging, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategies.
Ensure timely, transparent, and professional communication with candidates, hiring teams, and external partners.
Build long-term relationships with prospective candidates and talent communities.
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Development
Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), networking, referrals, market research, and other recruiting channels.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Utilize innovative sourcing and assessment techniques to attract highly qualified and diverse talent pools.
Conduct talent mapping and competitive market research to support workforce planning and future hiring needs.
Stay current on recruiting trends, labor market dynamics, and emerging sourcing technologies.
Recruiting Operations, Systems and Process Improvement
Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting workflows, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) processes, and talent acquisition best practices.
Leverage Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), recruiting analytics, and reporting tools to improve operational effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
Monitor key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, data integrity, and the overall hiring experience.
Support recruiting documentation, workflow optimization, and process standardization initiatives across the talent acquisition function.
Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Operations, and business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational hiring priorities.
Partner with external recruiting agencies, search firms, and Employer of Record (EOR) vendors as needed.
Establish clear service expectations, communication practices, and accountability measures with external partners.
Contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Req
Work Experience
7-10 years Progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including complex, high-volume, or hard-to-fill searches. Req
Experience recruiting for permanent, temporary, contract, and/or contingent workforce roles across multiple business functions. Req
Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies; Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and/or Taleo experience preferred. Req
Demonstrated ability to leverage recruiting data, dashboards, and analytics to inform hiring decisions and improve recruiting performance. Req
Experience driving or supporting recruiting process improvement initiatives and operational enhancements. Req
