We are seeking a Contract Administrator with strong Abu Dhabi project experience to join a leading engineering consultancy / supervision team.
The role requires a consultant-side professional with deep expertise in transport infrastructure and utilities projects, responsible for managing FIDIC-based contracts, claims, and commercial administration within a supervision/PMC environment.
- Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC (Red Book / White Book) and project-specific conditions
- Manage contractual correspondence, notices, and documentation between client, consultant, and contractor
- Review and assess:
- Variations and change orders
- Contractor claims (EOT, cost claims)
- Interim payment applications (IPCs)
- Support the Engineer / Resident Engineer in contract compliance and decision-making
- Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations
- Provide contractual advice to project teams and client representatives
- Maintain contract registers, logs, and commercial records
- Assist in final account settlement and contract close-out
- 10–15+ years of experience in contract administration
- Strong UAE experience (mandatory), with preference for Abu Dhabi projects
- Proven background in consultancy / supervision roles (Engineer side)
- Experience working in a consultant payroll environment (NOT contractor execution roles)
