Ingrid helps retailers turn delivery into a competitive advantage.
We're a leading European SaaS company solving delivery experience management for retailers, carriers and shoppers. We partner with major carriers, cart platforms and brands you'll have heard of (DHL, UPS, Shopify, Paul Smith, H&M), helping e-commerce businesses grow sustainably while giving shoppers control over how they receive and return their orders.
Ingrid runs on high agency. We expect people to take ownership of their scope, navigate ambiguity, and drive problems to closure. In return, we trust our teams to make decisions and to see them through, including when things don't go to plan.
We’re looking for a Strategic Implementation Project Manager to join Ingrid and lead delivery across some of our most complex and commercially important customer implementations.
This is a senior role reporting to the Head of Implementation. You'll join as Ingrid's Strategic Implementation Project Manager, owning delivery governance across our most complex and strategically important customer implementations. The IPM function is scaling, and you'll have a meaningful hand in shaping its structure, standards and operating model as it grows. You'll work closely with the CCO, Customer Success leadership, Product, Sales and senior customer stakeholders on strategic accounts.
Success in the role means predictable go-lives, controlled scope delivery, strong executive stakeholder confidence, and faster revenue commencement for strategic customers.
You're a senior delivery leader with 6+ years running complex SaaS implementations involving API and integration work. You operate with very high agency: you spot what needs to happen, drive it end-to-end, and make confident calls with imperfect information. You're commercially sharp, comfortable in executive rooms, and known for stabilising work that's gone sideways. You are highly self-sufficient and comfortable driving progress independently.
You'll partner closely with Technical Implementation Consultants, who own solution design and technical execution, while you own delivery governance, stakeholder management, scope control and commercial delivery outcomes.
Run delivery governance end-to-end for Ingrid's most complex and strategic customer implementations.
Build and run delivery plans, RAID, executive steering forums, and decision logs that hold up under senior stakeholder scrutiny.
Manage senior customer stakeholders with calm, structured, succinct communication.
Step into at-risk or derailed projects, diagnose what's broken, rebuild the plan, and recover momentum.
Hand stabilised work cleanly back to Customer Success where appropriate.
Act as the bridge between strategic customers and Ingrid's Product team: align on feature requirements with customers, translate them for Product, and manage change requests through the loop.
Bring in commercial counterparts (Sales, CS, leadership) to support cost and pricing conversations when scope changes call for it.
Use the SoW as the source of truth; route material commercial change via Sales and CS.
Spot risks to go-live and revenue commencement early; escalate with options and clear framing.
Coordinate delivery across TICs, Integration, second-line, Product, Support, Sales, CS and external partners.
Take on internal delivery projects (process, tooling, reporting) where they unblock the wider team.
Leave the function in better shape than you found it: documentation, standards, and reference approaches that outlast your tenure.
6+ years in project delivery or equivalent governance leadership in technical implementation environments involving API and integration workstreams.
Strong track record running strategic engagements with material business outcomes and senior stakeholders.
Strongly preferred: direct experience in delivery, logistics or shipping technology (carriers, last-mile, OMS/WMS, shipping/delivery promise, 3PL integrations). The domain is specific and prior exposure materially shortens your ramp.
Proven ability to walk into at-risk projects and stabilise them under pressure.
Strong commercial judgement: you frame trade-offs clearly and protect both customer outcomes and Ingrid's revenue.
Comfortable as the most senior delivery voice in the room, including when senior executives from both sides are at the table.
Calm, structured execution under pressure, and concise written communication.
Business-level English. Additional languages are a plus.
You actively use AI to work smarter and to scale your impact.
High trust, low control environment with real ownership of your scope from day one.
Competitive pay and benefits (location-dependent).
Modern equipment, tools and premium AI licences.
Flexible work model with offices in Stockholm and Wrocław.
Twice-yearly team building and the annual Ingrid Fest workation.
Overlap with core CET working hours is required for effective real-time collaboration.
At Ingrid, you’ll join a company where collaboration, curiosity, and impact matter. We care deeply about the people we work with, and we believe the best results come from brave thinking, strong teamwork, and a shared ambition to create the future of delivery.
You’ll be part of an international team working closely with customers and colleagues across functions, with real opportunity to shape both the customer experience and how we grow as a company.
