What's the purpose of the role?
The purpose of this role is to manage and nurture client relationships while serving as the central connector between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate ensures outstanding campaign strategies are delivered, client communications are seamlessly managed, and performance is continuously pressure-tested — all while contributing to the growth of the agency through new business development.
What will I be doing?
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients.
- Ensure client needs, expectations, and performance goals are consistently met.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions.
- Proactively ask the right questions to anticipate and address client needs.
Team Coordination
- Ensure a cohesive and strategic approach across all campaigns
- Manage project coordination through Asana.
- Orchestrate the efforts of biddable, affiliate, analytics, and SEO teams.
Campaign Management
- Develop and present comprehensive campaign plans alongside media execution teams
- Leverage insights from both digital and traditional platforms
- Continuously pressure-test campaign performance to ensure optimal results
Presentation and Reporting
- Craft and deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients
- Provide clear insights into campaign performance
- Deliver strategic recommendations based on data and results
Meeting Leadership
- Manage and lead consistent client status meetings
- Ensure open communication and alignment on campaign objectives and outcomes
- Orchestrate ongoing reporting meetings with clients
New Business Development
- Participate in pitches to prospective clients
- Showcase the agency's unique value proposition and capabilities
Collaborative Spirit
- Work closely with all internal team members
- Foster an environment of collaboration and shared success

What experience do I need to succeed?
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Client Success Manager or marketing strategist.
- Background in a marketing or advertising agency setting (highly preferred).
- Experience in both digital and traditional advertising landscapes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of client retention and account growth.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
What skills do I need to succeed?
- Strong English-speaking proficiency.
- Proficiency in campaign planning and performance analysis
- Experience with Asana for project management (highly preferred)
- Understanding of biddable media, affiliate marketing, analytics, and SEO.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Capacity to pressure-test results and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in turning insights into strategic recommendations
