Description
We are hiring Maintenance Technicians for multiple apartment communities in San Antonio! Opportunities are available at properties located in the 78218, 78242, and 78213 areas.
We are looking for skilled, dependable, and customer-focused maintenance professionals who take pride in providing excellent service and maintaining high-quality living environments for residents. Previous multifamily maintenance experience is preferred, but candidates with strong general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
- Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
- Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
- Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
- This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.
Requirements
- HVAC certification preferred
- Pool certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing
- Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and walking
