PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Enter backlog claims into SAP to ensure FalconCare contract costs are accurately captured and recorded.
Gather, verify, and enter additional vendor contractual information into SAP as part of cost recovery efforts.
Review information for completeness and accuracy and follow up on missing or inconsistent details as needed.
Support business development initiatives by building a clear, organized presentation for a FalconCare feature project.
Collaborate with team members to organize data, maintain documentation, and meet project deadlines during the internship period.
Perform other related administrative, analytical, and project support tasks as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in business, finance, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling claims and contractual information.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems is preferred.
Interest aviation, claims processing, contract management, or business development.
Ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies.
Strong presentation development and formatting skills.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced team environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This is a temporary 9-week internship scheduled from June 1 through August 7, excluding the week of June 22. The position involves routine computer-based work, including data entry, document review, and presentation development, and may require prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
