Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced, multinational environment. This role requires hands-on experience recruiting finance and back-office profiles, as well as the ability to partner closely with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify and attract candidates for finance and back-office roles (AP, AR, Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement)
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring needs and priorities
- Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and support hiring decisions
- Ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality recruitment process
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition
Skills and Experience
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting finance and/or back-office roles (required)
- Experience working in multinational environments (strong plus)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- English level: B2+ (upper-intermediate) (mandatory)
Work Setup
Hybrid model: 2 days onsite (Tuesday + 1 flexible day)
