The Boutique Fitness Manager is the leader responsible for that experience. The role encompasses leading Boutique Fitness Instructors, 400+ classes weekly across 9 studios, and the quality of every one of them is a reflection of your leadership. Altea gives you the infrastructure, the member community, and the support to deliver an exceptional boutique fitness experience at a level most fitness environments can't offer. This is a leadership role for someone who has built strong programs before, developed excellent instructors, and is ready for a club that matches their ambition.
You're here to build a boutique fitness experience that members and instructors are genuinely proud to be part of. You lead from the floor. You know your instructors, their strengths, and their growth edges. You care about class utilization and member retention because you're proud of the experience this program should deliver.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
This is a leadership role compensated at a level that reflects the standard we hold and the calibre of person we're looking for. All rates of pay are confidential. Beyond base, you'll receive a performance bonus, Employee Stock Option Plan, complimentary Altea membership and a Plus One, group benefits, an extensive vacation package plus paid Flex days, a 4-day work week program (12 days annually), and a cellphone allowance.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Your instructor team is stronger than when you arrived. At least one person has grown into a more capable version of themselves under your leadership. Class attendance and utilization are at or above benchmark. Members know the names of your instructors and feel connected to the experience. The schedule is intentional, the quality is consistent, and the studio delivers an exceptional member experience whether you are in the building or not.
